Please download the attached loan application and provide all requested documentation. A non-refundable application fee of $150 is charged to cover the cost of business credit checks, personal credit bureaus, and tax verifications. A cashier’s check or certified check should be included with the application if mailed, or sent separately if emailed.  Please note that the underwriting process will not begin until the application fee is received.

The check should be made payable to Texas Mezzanine Fund Inc. and sent to the attention of:
