- Provided over $117.6 million in financing to 324 businesses, 32 affordable housing developments, and 26 non-profit organizations in 99 Texas communities
- Leveraged more than $341.7 million from banks and other lenders, providing a total of over $459.3 million in new capital to Texas businesses and communities
- Assisted in the creation of 3,144 new jobs through business financing, and financed 848 affordable housing units
- Co-sponsored, with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Momentum Texas (a community development finance summit) in 2004, Momentum Texas II in 2006, and The Changing Economy: The New Community Development Lending Environment in 2009
- Received the “Community Impact Right Stuff’ award at the Virchow Krause 2008 Best Practice Conference in New Orleans
- Awarded $25 million in New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) by the Department of Treasury’s CDFI Fund (only Texas-based awardee in 2008)
- Awarded $25 million in NMTC by the CDFI Fund in 2009 (one of three Texas-based recipients)
- Awarded $750,000 grant from the Department of Treasury’s CDFI Fund – August 2010
- Awarded $35 million in NMTC by CDFI Fund in 2010 (one of two Texas-based recipients)
- Awarded $50 million in NMTC by CDFI Fund in 2011
- Awarded $35 million in NMTC by CDFI Fund in 2012
- Awarded $43 million in NMTC by CDFI Fund in 2013
- Awarded $75 million in NMTC by CDFI Fund in CY 2015-2016
